The late Winter/early Spring Milky Way making its horizontal climb through the sky behind Loon Island lighthouse on Lake Sunapee, NH. The window for photographing the visible arm of our home galaxy like this is very small and I want to give a big thanks and shout out to my man Garrett Evans for taking me out to this spot. The lake is frozen solid but the cracking sounds of the ice sheets moving under our feet was disconcerting to say the least. Good times! © Mike Taylor | Taylor Photography Workshops - Prints - Presentations | Facebook | Google+ | Instagram | Twitter | Flickr via 500px http://ift.tt/1EOuB7v
